Watch how to make Paneer Pasanda, a delicious and mouth watering main course recipe by Ruchi Bharani. <br /> <br />A wonderful curry consisting of Paneer slices stuffed with green chutney, kashmiri chillies with nuts mixture, onion-tomato gravy which makes delectable and tempting Paneer Pasanda, learn how to make Paneer Pasanda a recipe by Ruchi Bharani only on Rajshri Food <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />- 250gms of Paneer <br />- Coriander & Mint Chutney <br />- Oil <br />- Corn flour <br />- Salt <br />- Water <br /> <br />- Kashmiri Chillies <br />- Cashew nuts <br />- Roasted Cumin seeds <br />- Chopped onions <br />- Chopped tomatoes <br />- fresh curd <br /> <br />- Ghee <br />- Kasoori methi <br />- Coriander leaves <br />- 3tbsp of Fresh Cream <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Cut paneer into equal sizes and make a paneer sandwich by stuffing it with mint & coriander chutney. <br /> <br />- In a bowl add corn flour, salt and water and make a paste. Dip the paneer sandwiches in it & fry them in a pan with oil until turned golden brown. <br /> <br />- In a grinder add Kashmiri chillies ( de seed the chillies) with cumin seeds and grind it till it forms the powdered form, then add cashew nuts and once all dry ingredients are done <br /> <br />- Start adding onions, tomatoes and mix it well in the end add fresh curd to it. <br /> <br />- Cook the gravy in a pan with ghee and let the gravy paste cook for 12-15mins. <br /> <br />- Add salt, kasoori meethi, coriander leaves and fresh cream. <br /> <br />- Later add the fried paneer sandwiches and cook it for more 2 minutes
